JYPe never discloses reasons why a member leaves. It is always "personal reasons". The company has high standards for their idols so some might just break the rules without it being anything immensely bad law braking or anything. Reason is always personal. JYP said in an interview that he doesn't want disadvantage idols future career so they don't disclose the real reasons. Stay don't talk about WJ mainly coz most of us have seen Hyunjin falling apart on a stage crying and begging stay to not leave them. It was also obvious Chan felt betrayed by WJ leaving. Kids themselves talk about Levanter era as of their beginning.
