Thank you for this, Austin! I was at that Chicago show and it was FREEZING! I could not feel my toes when it was over, but frostbite would have been 100% worth it! If I remember right, it was in the 40's and a little bit windy. They kept saying they were worried about us, but they were obviously really cold as well and they put on a fantastic show!

I think you'd love Chicago!! Like all cities, it has some areas to avoid but by in large is great. Just don't go in the Winter cause obviously it is COLD. I loved visiting my sister when she lived there and always felt comfortable getting around on public transportation by myself.

Thank you for watching all the docuseries and movies with us! It has been amazing and fun to rewatch them again. What do you feel like to watch after this? Are you more into behind the scenes or concerts or dive deep to their talkie talk moments like Festas. Or would you like to start the Run BTS series where they do different kind of fun missions. Also there are some variety contents like ’Yoo quiz on the block’ and ’Let’s BTS’ where they got interviewed with korean hosts. In ’BTS memories’ we get to see behind the scenes of concerts, american shows, attending awards, making MV’s, jacket shooting etc. If you like travel contents there are ’summer and ’winter package’ too. I’m down with everything you want to watch next💜

Off topic but I started watching “boys planet” randomly and was surprised at the amount of lgbtq kinda support lol one trainee everyone kept saying how sexy and handsome he is and stuff… and at one point someone sitting next to him on day 1 pretended to kiss him lol he was in his group and it was a bit they did and when they showed their group song.. there was like 5 of them and they sang a sensual version of mirotic and did flirty almost kiss each other stuff in the choreo lol. Turns out this trainee has acted on two separate things one was called “kissable lips” and I can’t remember the other one but the judges asked about the titles and he said they’re both BL 😳 which means “boy love” lol so they’re gay kdrama things I guess … but they were just openly talking about this and there’s definitely quite a few trainees that seem to all be friends that are super flamboyant and they’re energy is chaotic together … but I thought that was amazing to see and hear it even being brought up. This season of boys planet I’m watching is all the Korean trainees… versus the global trainees so some trainees are in the same company but opposite groups … there’s some USA boys, Thailand, Canada, Vietnam, japan maybe others I’m missing…. But it’s actually a really good show with so much talent but also some of them are just not good but there for experience. I think you would enjoy it. Being lgbt family myself… I was not expecting it to be discussed openly or shown in a lighthearted way. Omfg there are some bad parts though where they show one group of boys being Foodies… all eating in their room and then there is a room of like 5 guys all working out … slapping each others butts and working out while feeling each others muscles… taking off their shirts it was just a lot… but the captions kept saying stuff like “these trainees are foodies of a different taste” of “they’re openly eating in their own ways,” and stuff I swear I tried to screen record to post but it doesn’t let you lmao. The show itself is fun and lots of good performances… just surprised at some of it 😂 hope you react to it! I think they barely debuted. Zb1 is the group….zerobasedone I think but yeh think they debuted in may or something but it’s fun to check out. Oh yeh and after they showed the two guys almost kiss as like a skit thing… it was during a break and so they were walking around and talking but they had a huge screen like at a sports event where they randomly start showing ppl on the screen and they wave and sometimes they do a kiss cam so basically the regular cam was showing different trainees and they did something extra to smile or use a hot pack on their face just cute stuff but it showed the actor from the BL shows and his group member fake kissed him but everyone around them watching the cam started clapping and cheering and the quote “love is the prerogative of the brave” by Gandhi 😂 as it showed all the other trainees clapping lmao maybe someone showed you this clip bc it’s just too extra especially for shows in Korea but I think you’d like the show overall

48:17 this ICONIC clip of shirtless jungkook doing push ups where you can just see his buff ass neck , shoulders and top of his back w the veins…. Holy hell I blacked out. This part in the commentary is hilarious… especially what suga says lol hopefully you get to see that even if you don’t react to it !

I worked the merchandise and photo booths on day 1 & 2 for their 2018 Love Yourself Tour at Staple Ctr and it was pure chaos in the best way! I met so many Army’s who have become very dear to me to this day. So, within months up to a year, in advance of a concert, you have to sign up to volunteer as a merchandise/concession vendors/activities/crowd control crew members. It’s a tedious process, but rightly so. You do this through both the venue and Hybe/Big Hit label where, if chosen, you are vetted through multiple processes over the span of months. If you’re cleared, then the last month before the concert, you attend three orientations. There are multiple orientation dates within that month so you can schedule them around other priorities that you might have. And since there are 4 days of a concert, the orientations are stacked and you might only work one of those 4 days or all of them, it depends.
