I'm sorry for being 5 months behind but Hyejeong is so funny! XD AOA are such a riot but on stage they just kill it! The arrangement of Egotistic is by far my favorite and the vocals in the song just fit their style. They made it sexy and classy with girl boss energy! Echoing everyone to say glad that you watched AOA again. :)

ahh i saved all of last weeks episodes to binge this weekend haha. tonight is queendom night and tomorrow soop :) idk if you knew or maybe even watched it, but mamamoo performed for the mma 2016 awards with a genderfluid dance group. it was such an epic performance!

The Decalcomanie performance was Mamamoo "not trying"? Wild. Btw. This was around the time when Wheein took a break, so she's not in many extra scenes throughout the competition. Mamamoo are my ults, but I really thought AOA did an AMAZING job with Egotistic. They did it right. I actually have both versions saved and listen to both frequently.

No, Mamamoo said that they regretted not trying harder for the Decalcomanie performance and that it was "what they always do" but it's crazy because it was so good lol

I'm sure you've recorded these in advance but just a little context and extra info. Cheetah was on Unpretty Rapstar along with people like Jessi, and even Jimin of AOA. When Solar said "I'm the top madam" during their performance it was actually a reference to Jimin's song during the Semi-finals for Unpretty Rapstar. (SPOILER ALERT) Cheetah won that series. That is why Bom kept hinting that her featured artist is an "expert at competition." Cheetah was also a mentor on Produce 101. Soyeon was a contestant as a rap trainee. Cheetah was her teacher. That's why she enthusiastically yells "that's my teacher" when she see her. It's a shame there aren't lyrics for the performances themselves, especially because the rappers like Moonbyul and Jimin wrote new,personal raps for the cover. Jimin ends her verse with "The cherry blossoms will wither too/ I don't want to be a flower that's thrown away/ I'm the tree!" I always thought that was a nice line about resilience and not just wanting to be pretty and neglected. And just as an additional aside, I always find sites like kshow123 or kshowonline to have really weird compression on their videos, even ones listed as HD. I think that fact that the performances have so many flashing lights and giant LED screens only make it more obvious. I don't know why, but the quality gets really spotty for those site in my experience.

I'm Glad you got to see AOA's performance again. The last time you reacted to it, Jimin was like the most hated Kpop Idol due to bullying accusations an Ex member brought up, coincidently right when AOA was gaining more traction thanks to this show. So that was a fresh controversy at the time and the comments in that reaction were just littered with people talking about Jimin rather than the performance and this group. Thankfully, all that has mostly been cleared and Jimin has made a return recently. AOA's performance was one of my favorites from this round and they really showed everyone they weren't here to play but to win.
