You know this problem. Sometimes, if you want to upload vertical photo, you have to cut it from top or from bottom, it's too long on vertical size. Good idea to make a template for Instagram, 1350x1080.

So, check the video. First one is a liitle bit unfit and we can easily add texture from left and right.

Duplicate layer twice, use "Rectangular Marquee Tool", "Select Inverse", press Delete.    Stretch the texture. And do it again on the other side. Merge the layers.

Second photo is a bit more diffucilt. When you will stretch the texture on the right it won't look good. Texture will look ruined. So, use Patch Tool!

That Olga picture was a tricky adjustment due to limited space on the right, thank you for the tip to re-use patch tool to preserve texture quality after stretching. Took me a while to realize it was necessary to have "Show Transform Controls" ticked to resize the layer, then afterwards all was smooth.
