I've found someone post chinese version of liquid mercury Re for sale on DLsite. Please do not buy it I didn't put it on sale. You can read it for free in many other place.

This is where you file a DMCA takedown and sue the offending person for every bit of money they made illegally off your work. The latter would be on top of other damages you can sue them for as well.

You can try and send a mail to DLSite and ask them to remove the item. I don't know if I can post links in the comment section here, but if you have trouble finding the right help page I can give you a few links that might help.

I am very saddened by that incident. There have been many recent incidents of people selling other people's work as their own in DLsite. DLsite has shown a willingness to step up measures against it, and I believe it is possible to remove it if you report it.I believe it is possible to report there in English, but if you need to send a message in Japanese, I can help.

What's the link to it? More messages to the admins should get attention to it. Giving it low reviews should discourage purchases too.

This man is really hateful and as a Chinese I am angry. This is theft! None of the Chinese translations it uploaded were its own. A friend of mine has asked someone to contact the people at DLsite. This has happened a lot since DLsite launched simplified Chinese for China.
