Monthly reminder - Link your discord (Patreon)

Thought Id ad a reminder to link your discord to your patreon.

On the Patreon server its a lot easier to reach me if you have any problems or if you wanna provide feedback.

I post ideas and WIPs more frequently, I usually only post on here when they look presentable haha
