Makus update #2 (Patreon)

Changes:
- More spikes to his brow
- Added ore teeth up front of his maw.
- Slightly cut some of the tiddy fat to make them look more firm.
- Neck slightly wider with his back skull slightly more visible.
- Redrew the lines of his back, hips and thighs. Made him more broad.
- Gave his ass a little bit of roundness and shape.
