Last week I watched the movie Call Me By Your Name (mainly because the amazing Sufjan Stevens wrote the soundtrack) and I really liked it, especially Timothee Chalamet’s acting. So I drew some sketches from screenshots of the movie. I used the lasso tool a lot, just like with the deer sketches (more info on how that works here). Basically I started with a pencil sketch, then used the lasso tool to block basic colors and shadows, and then went over that with a brush to add details. Each step is posted above! Enjoy ~

It amazes me how you capture likeness so the painting looks like the person it's based on. I'd love if you could make a tutorial about that! (Sorry for reviving this old post! I'm checking all the amazing content you have here <3)
