In the descriptions the vehicles are described as offroad, needs roads etc. Does this translate to the travelspeed on the world map?

The acceleration, deceleration and handbrake systems are unique to this mod? It isn’t a part of the vehicle framework? If so, can other mods make use of these systems too?

Maybe i'm blind and it's plainly written and i just can't see it but...can you run over pawns with the vehicles? I'd love some raider roadkill.
