Alright guys, this is the rest of the Mechanoids infographics. I'm making progress on the video release too, so the whole mod should be ready for you way before Christmas!

Biggest mod up to date, isn't it? :)

Easily! Simply amazing!

Wow incredibly hyped for the quests and scenario. Supercomputer will be a great welcome addition too!

ParaNautic

I hope that is a fish farm I see for the other supported mods.

Hehe, this is why you didn't talk about the mech ship parts!

Pretty sure a fish farm was shown on the Rimworld reddit by someone making an addon mod.

Will this mod work with existing colonies due to its no bases on start mechanic? or will I need a new colony upon release?

This is looking amazing. Can't wait to play it at Christmas!

I'm waiting to start my next Rimworld playthrough until this is out. Great work!

Ooooh man. This looks amazing! I've got a curiosity - will these "factories" be able to produce stuff included in the Sparkling Worlds mod, like Glitterworld medicine, serums and whatnot you'd normally produce at a workbench? If so, that'll be amazing! Replicating a glitterworld-esque town will be really easy to do!

Sadly, no. Lore-wise, these factories are essentially the outcome of crashlanded survivors utilising the scraps from mechanoid ships - it’s not extremely advanced technology that glitterworlds have. In fact, all factories are unlocked with an industrial tier research.

Awesome, thanks for the very quick response! I look forward to the release.

Incredible. I am new to your faction mods - do you normally have just one faction mod active during a playthrough?

oskarpotocki

You can have all. The mods should be treated like DLC - they add a lot of new content to any playthrough. If you add the Viking mod, it doesn’t mean you need to play Vikings. You can play as a sci fi colony and repel occasional Viking raids, whilst still being able to research their fur beds etc. Same case with medieval, settlers and insectoids faction mods. Each adds a bit of everything to your game, but all the content is there regardless what starting scenario you pick.
