Patreon Update: RimWorld 1.2 incoming... and so are the updates! (Patreon)

Hello everyone and welcome to a quick Patreon update.

As some of you may know RimWorld 1.2 update is coming out, and it's coming out very soon: Sunday, maybe monday, if all goes well.

I have been working hard to update all the mods - luckily for the most mods it was a simple tag update, but some required a bit more extensive work. You will probably notice that by the time the update drops most mods will already be shown white and ready to use.

HOWEVER: Please bear in mind I might not be able to update all the mods with correct tags by then.  Don't worry if you see any of my mods in yellow. I made sure they will all work on 1.2, even if they are not updated by the time. I took this moment to add some fixes across all my mods and I am simply not done yet, and I don't know if I will be done by that time, simple as that.

Vanilla Weapons Expanded with Lasers and Quickdraw got some major rebalancing, more on that you can find on the respective mod descriptions.

Okay Oskar, but what comes with RimWorld 1.2? Well, Royalty is getting a lot of new, sweet things, which I had the pleasure to draw - so don't talk shit about them on reddit please! I am the artist who did them.

I am not on commission but I recommend you get Royalty, because hell, I have some mods planned that WILL REQUIRE it ;) But trust me, you will love them!

I am still bound by NDA, but let me post some screenshots of the things you can expect in the 1.2 update:

You can expect the roadmap to come out soon, as well as a few development diaries I have planned - one about Vikings, one about How to train your Dragons mod, which will be releasing in tandem with Vikings, as well as something about the A********** mod.

I can’t talk shit about the company I work with due to NDA, obviously, but with this update it feels more like an actual expansion!

Those things that look like chairs in that first image.. Why do the ones on the bottom appear to be facing the wall?

Those are drapes! They were already in royalty when it launched, it’s a decorative piece.

So you are on a NDA for 1.2? I might not publish them on the FB group but, Tynan put them on public discord... Lets be thankful no one likes to read a lot of text? XD Anyways, I don't know if there is something more but it looks nice. I already have Royalty so, i don't mind your mods require it Any information about your planned incoming mods? Hahaha

Feel free to publish them. I made sure all the information I post and give doesn’t break NDA - in fact this update has been under public testing for a while now. Information about mods will come when ready :)
