Hello everyone!

I know everyone is very excited to start playing their 1.5 RimWorld save, and we're working in overdrive to ensure that everything is as smooth as it can be.

You probably remember the infographic I posted when the 1.5 announcement first appeared. Well, just today we have pushed quite a few, very standard mods out, which should allow you to start enjoying Vanilla Expanded on your experimental 1.5 branch!

My sincerest apolocheese if it's already been covered somewhere and I missed it, but is the Noobert Nebulous/VidTuber mod discontinued alongside some of the other commissioned/joke mods, or was its omission an oversight?

Thanks for your awesome work! I would just like to ask, how difficult is updating mods to 1.5? Do you have to overwrite lots of stuff? Im just curious

Depends on the mod really. Some are easier than others. Some are just version number change, others have full rewrites of certain mechanics.

Will the vanilla health expanded mod include a “pharmacist” style functionality, where medicine is selected based on wound type (prevent glitterworld from being used on cuts and bumps?)

This was not actually planned but I will see if we can do it. My worry is that it’d be the new CE, requiring personalised patches for any mod that adds any sort of injury. If that’s the case, we won’t do it.
