Hello New Patrons!

Welcome! We've reached 300 Patrons this month, which is astonishing to me. I hope you make some cool stuff for your games, and I'd love it if you would show it off on our Discord. If you link your Patreon account with Discord, you'll be added automatically. It's a great place to make suggestions, have personalized Easter eggs added, and share knowledge with other TTRPG folks.

New Content

This month's highest voted genera was Cyberpunk, so I've made loads of transparent monitors for your edgerunner hideouts, though they'll work just as well on a space ship! And for the cold, clean corpo interiors, you've got some new flooring. Those overworked office drones needed some Cyberpunk chairs, so check out the polygon office chairs.

TechShip (both big and small) took second place in the polls. On that front, I've been working on some weapons and more hull shapes, which were not yet ready for release this month. You'll also get pipe-paths that match last month's "intra-deck pipe" patterns.

For modern and post apocalyptic settings, more clutter! CDs, VHS tapes and players, car batteries and lawn chairs. There is also a new 'floaty' path for containing all that ocean trash. 

Airship's walls have had a bug fix that corrects their end-caps.

Finally, I'm releasing a new pack this month: HellScape VR. I don't believe in padding out HellScape with re-colors, but VR is an exception. This pack will use re-colored assets to enable you to make virtual environments, building plans, or any other non-physical space. It only has the basics right now, but like other packs, I'll be adding to it over time. You can hue-shift your final maps in a photo editor, but once the pack is filled out, I'll provide hue-shifted versions so you can load up the color you want. This is one pack I don't recommend that you load when you're working on most maps, as the assets have such a specific use-case.

Behind the Scenes

I've spent time working on less visible things this month. Those of you on the Discord will already be aware, but I'm developing materials and fundamental assets for space stations (Stellar Cartography pack).

Other tasks in progress

  • Writing some potential YouTube videos for tutorials. 
  • Investigating a new module that might be a game-changer for animated objects. 
  • Investigating Automated Animations asset creation. Animated grenade/flashbang throwing? Laser bolts? Rockets? We'll see!
  • Investigating live stream options and tech. Live mapping? Asset creation hangout? Q&A about Foundry? This is still stewing.
