This month brings new assets to the Cyber, PlanetSide, TechShip and 'The Wastes' packs. While much of my focus was on Cyberpunk this month, many of these assets will work well in any modern or futuristic setting. Take the vents for example. What building or space ship is complete without vents? You can skip straight to the Start Here post and start downloading right away. Just remember that The Wastes is split in two! Make sure you have both the .zip and .z01 downloaded and in the same folder before you try and unpack it.

Cyber now has elevators, stares overlays, fancy glass half-walls/railings (in the form of paths), and small but not to be underestimated panel lines. Use these new paths to make realistic breaks between different patterns, or to add a bit of a high tech flare to any surface.

PlanetSide now holds the record for storage capacity thanks to the new recolorable storage tanks (tagged as 'containers' in Dungeondraft). They are provided with minimal ports and valves so you can add those yourself using other assets. Rusted versions are provided as well.

TechShip finally includes paths and objects for making huge hangars. Use the hangar track path to cover your hangar opening, then add hangar door objects. For those of you living in the far future, you might just opt for the glowing version and skip the door.

The Wastes now have HellScape's first roofs. Dungeondraft's roof system has its limitations, but it is a very quick way to cover a building. Let me know if you find them useful and I'll add more styles. Chimneys and a satellite dish are included for added roof detailing. Oh, and there is finally a fire hydrant!


Moulinette Integration

This was discussed in passing on the Discord, but yes, barring any unforeseen disasters, HellScape will be available via Moulinette some time this year. Moulinette is a module for Foundry VTT that lets DMs instantly access objects, tokens, sounds and other assets from Patrons they support, right in their virtual tabletop software. 

Do you want Moulinette integration right now? It's possible! But you'll have to do some work on your end to set it up locally. Drop by the Discord or send me a message on Patron if you'd like to know more. I might just make a video walk-through in the near future.

Animated Objects

Progress has halted on this front due to me losing access to some of the software I use. I'm in the process of resolving this, but it has also slowed down progress on making large space ship parts.

Commercial Licensing

This month, I was hoping to have the commercial licensing situation figured out. As you can see, that hasn't happened. I still plan to offer commercial licensing as soon as possible, but it's not quite ready yet. HellScape is at the awkward stage of growth where it can't yet sustain itself while taking on large additional costs.

While I have you here, I want to remind you that you do not need a commercial license to stream your games or make videos, even if you get ad revenue! Commercial licensing is for map makers who wish to sell battlemaps made using HellScape assets. Just like with Forgotten Adventures, you can share your maps freely, as long as they are not sold, behind a pay wall or packaged in any way with products you sell. Better yet, I'm happy to promote your stream or video!

I need your help!

Part of the work that goes into HellScape is coming up with exactly what to make. Tell me about your worlds, your settings and your game systems! There are far too many for me to familiarize myself with, and only you know your game's unique needs. The more I know about your games, the better I can provide assets that will be relevant to you.
