I’m guessing if you’re 140 pounds overweight, you wouldn’t want to listen to this. At the same time, the description thinks I might want to. Could you help clarify it’s an overweight person who does work out three days a week should listen to this. I’m not working out to lose weight, but I’m working out to get stronger and rebuild my body, but ideally losing weight would be better than gaining weight . I have gained a lot of muscle in the last seven months of working out so I haven’t dropped any weight but I’m definitely stronger and more muscular than I was but the weight really hasn’t changed.
