The boss checked the settings and we both confirmed. A direct body swap Kyle to Jared, Jared to Kyle. The boss hit accept, tossed us the keys and left.

We both turned and looked at each other, then a beam shot from the device it split in two and hit both of us at exactly the same time. We were now unable to move.
