I had always assumed when these scallies on street corners were gesturing with their fingers that it was some kind of insult, slur or a him at swearing. That was until I discovered that it was actually something completely different. I had a scally friend and he tells me that this is a way of them telling you they want to use your body. He showed me the story ‘index’ where a lad had been using his index finger to swap bodies. It was some kind of group chat. My friend made a comment on the post.

“Your still using your index finger, no wonder it's so worn out. You need to get in deeper. Try it with your middle finger it's a smoother swap since the finger is longer and normally fatter.”

Lots of emojis followed on the comment.

I granbbed my mates hand and tried to make him poke his finger into my belly button. He winked and smiled at me then shoved the entire length of his middle finger into me. It felt amazing and I didn't feel a thing. The next I knew I was looking at my self, like a mirror image. My body told me to take my finger out now. I looked down and the body I now had was his with my new finger poking into my old belly button.

It's just for a few hours mate, I'll see you back here at 5. That's 6 hours away.

Now I had his body and his life, his car, his clothes and his phone. I nodded at him and he told me to enjoy myself.

The first thing I did was look through his phone and found others like him, like me who wanted to use their fingers to swap bodies. I found another guy and agreed to meet and swap with him for 2 hours.

I swapped back into my mate with a few hours to spare. I invited my self to the body swapping group and sent a lad who was commenting on all the posts in the group a message. His main comment was “have you done it with 2 fingers yet?” he had seen the real me and agreed to meet me later when I was back in my own body.
