Imagine think Naha isn’t best girl.

Great chapter! Sad it wasn't a double chapter day ;-;

gray matter

Naha is getting dangerous. Zach could’ve been leveling his skills too I don’t know why he would feel she’s leaving him behind. I agree with his choice to not level his class until he unlocks the one for his quest. Developing a class that enhances his abilities with the most unique weapon in the infinite realm is definitely a path that could lead to awesome power.

Thanks a lot for the chapter Ivan Kal!!

Thanks not bad

Thanks for the chapter although it took me several hours this evening to read all the way through mainly because I’m really struggling with Zach’s storyline, I can’t really decide why this is but I’m hoping it was just one of those nights as I’m really enjoying this series 🙂

gray matter

Yeah I struggled with Zach early. Since he chose to be with Naha and started living in reality, I have enjoyed his story more. Although he didn’t choose cultivation I love sword wuxia and xianxia so I’ll pull for his power to be awesome.

I understand the context of “weak early, powerful later”, but how the hell are there any High Ranker classers? Ryun could clearly kill Zach several times over and Naha (who only leveled skills to balance her madness and then lost 3 tiers of power with the focus removing elixir) is far more powerful than him now. I get that IR is inherently secretive, but why did none of the first, second, or third iteration classers look far enough forward to tell their kids “yea, you’ll have to work way harder for way less benefit if you follow a class”? Love this series but seems kinda silly how massive the power discrepancies are, especially post-timeskip

The Strongest Being in IR. Is so far Queen of the Triumphant Hive. And well she is a Classer. You can also look at Dracael who is unsurpassed on the seas. You can also look at Erik (the guy who smacked Nayra, Anrosh,Ereclaw) around he was a classer. If you do your class really well it has the potential to be as strong. Like Zach is so far just at his 8th Tier of Power. And he is split he has 5 Class Tiers, 2 Cultivation Tiers, and 1 Skill Tier. And I would expect a big power spike for him once he reaches Immortality. That seems to be the case for every focus. Plus Classers are way stronger than any other focus early on.

Regarding Naha's mention of having thirteen tiers of power: Does a tier 8 skill count as one tier of power in skills or still as two? And isn't it possbile, that someone can have eighteen tier 7 skills as main focus and then stop developing them further, and at the same time reaching the ninth tier in class or cultivation as second focus without fearing focus imbalance / madness? But if one has class or cultivation as their main focus and reaches the 9th tier they should only have six tiers of power in the side focus. Seems a bit unbalanced. Or have I misunderstood something?

Tibstrike

To answer in sequence based on Naha saying she has "13 tiers": 1. A Tier 8 "holds" two tiers of power. You don't lose tiers of power once gained unless you do a focus removal (though only 9 tiers of power officially count, i.e. someone with 18 T7s still is only considered to have 9 tiers of power in skills) 2. I think someone could do that, but they would have really wild focus madness. Not as much of course due to the skills locking some stuff in, but the madness would exist all the same as the externalish Class of Cultivation would twist those skills and what's locked inside them. 3. Best split is still gonna be a 9/6 if you dual focus.

More Zach chapters

Wow now I want to see Ryun's status even more xD Let's see where we stand when these interludes pass by xD

So overall it's probably going to appear that Ryun has widened the gap between Zach and himself even more. However I'm pretty sure that Zach's power up when he reaches immortal is going to close the gap a lot. It seems like it's going to be a really rare and strong class.

Nah, more Ryun. Much more, let Naha go crazy and kill Zach as a plot twist down the line. Add a darker note and get rid of those annoying Zach chapters
