Does everybody at the higher level have a way to see through material? The sniper obv could, so can eari thanks to his helmet. Just trying to put it into a power scale context Edit: see through as in opponent, not necessarily other stuff

I would assume some form of perception-enhancing power enhances survivability, which means those at higher ranks who have fought and risked their lives are more likely to have perception powers simply because most of those who didnt died out.
