We can only ask them to replace the problem persona with another persona and then reload the problem persona. Another way is to turn on the skin texture option. Click the button for "automatically generate genital texture from torso texture" and the button for "include glossiness and normals". It can also solve this problem ~ have fun~

Cheers, "automatically generate genital texture from torso texture" sounds a good way to fix as setting shader quality to high will lower the FPS but not greatly improve visual
