Kelp Forest (Patreon)

Whoo new map! I'm excited for this one!

In deep, and sunlight ocean water waits a towering forest of kelp. Sharks weave through swaying weeds, and thick fronds hide shy undersea creatures and monstrous beasts. Rippling shadows make it difficult to see, and the long strands can easily tangle unwary swimmers. If you dive deep enough you may also find a dark trench (that will absolutely not hide anything which could swim up and eat you in one bite) ;)

Hi. I've been following your work for a while but this is the map set that made me a patron. Fantastic! Question - Do you ever revisit past maps to do more, like a series? The think the kelp is great, and I could also see utility in a half kelp, half ocean map, like the edge of the patch, or of a kelp-on-kelp version where characters might actually walk across the seaweed. Just Ideas, and I can't wait to see what you come up with next!

Hi Brian! I am considering doing map series in the future yes! I’ve gotten several inquires about that, and it’s great to know what people are interested in. I’d certainly like to do more kelp at some point too! I’m looking into different ways I can set up a system for patrons to make map suggestions that will work with my situation too. When I have something set up for that I’ll make an announcement for everyone, but until then my message box is always open!

Hey, not to sound like an idiot, but I just joined as an adventurer tier to gain access to these maps and I am bran new to patreon. How do I download/save these?

Hello, welcome! No worries :) all new things (especially Patreon) are confusing at first! First make sure you're signed in to Patreon. Then click the "Adventurer" link in the map post. This will bring you to a special locked master post with links to the maps. Those links will bring you to the folders (on Mega.nz) where the map images are, and you can download from there!
