The end of the project? paypal problems (Patreon)

Looks like Paypal is gonna be out of many countrys for what i looked on the internet, also maybe i'm wrong, but i want to know if is true, somebody knows why is happening? -_- that means even if i win something here, don't gonna matter thanks to i'm not from USA
