With his passing and final revelation, what are your thoughts on Nighteye? What affect do you see his mentorship having on Mirio and Deku in the future? How will this loss affect All Might, especially after not having talked to him since his injury many years ago?

How do you predict the aftermath of the raid will affect everyone (heroes, League of villains, the public, etc.)? With the quirk erasing bullets now in the League's possession, how do you predict Shigaraki will incorporate them into his plan?

Further thoughts on just how amazing a hero deku that, as displayed before, he still maintains complete awareness of his surroundings... even despite the chaos of his fighting, to minimize the collateral damage caused.

There is some divisiveness about what really happens when Nighteye looks at Mirio. Some people view the ending scene as Nighteye going Plus Ultra and using his power to see that Mirio will be a great hero. However, the manga and anime make sure to explain that he needs a full 24 hours in between uses of his quirk. And he had already used his power that day against Overhaul. Others believe that it’s more emotional and fitting with his arc, that in his final moments he saw nothing when he looked at Mirio. But then decides to believe what he feels in the heart, that it doesn’t matter what he sees, because the future can be changed. What do you believe Nighteye saw when it looked at Mirio?

Do you think Sir Nighteye told Mirio the truth about what he saw? Or is he lying because he now knows the future can change?

2024-03-20 23:44:35 Nighteye believes "will and wishing energy" was the factor that changed the future he had seen. This is just his speculation, and in both anime and manga, and we never get a 100% matter-of-fact answer as to why the future changed. It's possible that Nighteye didn't know that Eri's quirk could rewind, since that was revealed during the fight and Nighteye could have been out of earshot when it was explained. This could explain leaving that out that possible explanation when Sir was speculating the cause outloud and in his head. These 2 theories are the most believed to be true, which do you believe and why?
