In this episode we see that Philip lies in his diary entries, and is actually a pretty malicious person (he even kept the Blue Fang and the palisman from one of his previous sacrifices). He also showed a prejudice against witches and demons. What do you think this means in terms of his previous diary entries about coming to this world and his attempts to get home? Do you have any theories about what happened to the other human we learned about in 2x10?

This episode has one of my absolute favorite B-plots! What are your thoughts on the fact that even after Eda's father forgave her, respectively never really blamed her to begin with, but that Eda just held onto that guilt for over 30 years for something she wasn't even responsible for?

What do you think the collector is and why does Phillip want him for? What do you think happened to Phillip?

You'll notice Dell has a cardinal as his palisman too... do you think there's a connection between the Clawthornes and Hunter/his palisman? If so, what do you guess it may be?

What do you think of Lilith this episode and how her character has progressed from season 1 antagonist to ‘cool aunt’?

Out of all the pairings, a Luz and Lilith adventure was one the fandom didn't expect from the show. Not too long ago, Lilith was pushing Luz towards spikes at the bottom of the pit in "Agony of a Witch". Considering you've only had Lilith for 5 episodes this season, how effective has the show been with writing Lilith's redemption? Ex. -her friendship with Hooty -edas quick forgiveness  -her love for learning and history -the fact that she's a glass child  Fun Fact. Did you notice Lilith's curls coming back or the fact that she's wearing her glasses again?

Do you think the inclusion of time travel as a plot device will have further consequences going forward, or do you think perhaps in this show the events that happened when our characters travelled back in time were always meant to be?

What are your thoughts how Phillip and Luz are parallel and contrasted, particularly in their choices and interactions with the boiling isles and its inhabitants?

What are your thoughts on the implications of what this episode shows of the past of the boiling isles and what do you think could have caused such a drastic change?

We finally see Lilith back this episode! What do we think of her new look? And speaking of clawthornes, what do we think of their father and the relationship between him and Ida being strained after the owl beast seemingly attacked him? Can we hear more of your thoughts on her relationship with her parents being rocky due to her struggle with her beast (mental health) since we got more insight on their family dynamic this episode?
