Riza Hawkeye's tattooed back, is inked presumably by her father. What does that tell us about their relationship? What kind of parent would willingly put their own powerful alchemically work onto their child? Riza's life would now be centered around her back; ex. afraid to show it to anyone, what about her future partners?

Up until now I feel like it has gone slightly over your heads just how horrifying the Ishvalan War actually was and what Roy, Riza, Armstrong and so many others actually went through? What are your thoughts about these people we know and love knowing that they were in fact fully responsible for the cruel and unjustified deaths of hundreds of thousands of Ishvalan civilians? Armstrong in particular was tasked with preventing citizens from escaping the enemy gunfire? There's also several scenes where Roy mentions being familiar with the smell of burnt flesh or when he blew up Lust knowing she was "dead" because the vaporized fat in the air would cling to his tongue. What does it say about him that he speaks about these grim facts so nonchalantely?
