The Dragon Prince is made by members of the same creative team that did ATLA and Legend of Korra. There are even Easter eggs in the series that call back to Avatar. Yeah, the animation in Arcane definitely eclipses that in TDP (but honestly, I don't think anything else out right now competes with Arcane in that regard). But the Dragon Prince hits those Avatar notes. I also second someone's suggestion of The Legend of Vox Machina. It's crude, vulgar and has a lot of (excessive, IMO) gross-out humor, but it's hard not to fall in love with the 7 characters that make up the team. The story, based on a role-played campaign, is also very well written.

Actually, Vi saw her mother, they showed her at the beginning of the first episode and it makes sense she started having hallucinations from when she used to lived there with Powder and her mom.
