just finished watching through this entire collection again with you guys and it was such a delight to once more experience this show. i have my own rewatch planned of the entire franchise, set up so that i watch this episode on the exact day of the 10th anniversary of Korrasami becoming official and i already can't wait, because....i'm going to say something possibly heretical that may get my fandom card revoked....but i honestly enjoy Legend of Korra even MORE than i enjoy ATLA. which is already a high bar. korra's arc and growth are unlike most things i've seen and the emotions i felt throughout this series have rarely been matched by anything else. big shoutout to Jeremy Zuckerman for his incredible score for this show, really sells the emotions in the big scenes. i STILL get goosebumps and tears in my eyes in certain moments in this show

okay the beginning really made me cry!! then when you guys saw korrasami go on vacation together ahhh. you guys should definitely really read turfwars! which is the comic book that continues from the finale!! can't wait to watch which ever series you guys chose to watch!

from what I saw, it was season 2 and 3 when Korrasami was decided by the writers but still they only did subtext. amazing seeing you react to this and I hope you read the comics that begin literalyl in the middle of the vacation

I'm SO glad y'all saw Korra for what it is! It's a brilliant show with a well written story and characters and I genuinely don't understand the hate that it receives. I wish people wouldn't judge the show based on a few instances like when the connection to the past avatars was lost. Like, that sucks, but it makes sense in the context of the show. People also call Korra the weakest avatar but I think she's been the strongest one! Between Aang and her Korra had way more development and growth. That's not to say Aang isn't a great character, but he wasn't ever fleshed out the way the other characters were in ATLA or how Korra was. I'm glad you guys didn't have a biased opinion of the show and watched it as it's own thing because unfortunately a lot of people judge Korra because they hold it to the standards on ATLA and the 2 shows are just very different and aren't comparable.

I’m so glad you guys didn’t listen to the haters and loved the show for what it is. ❤️ It truly is an overhated series and partially the reason for that is due to some of the top reviews on Youtube being rather negative, unfortunately. But anyway, thanks for such an amazing journey, and I can’t wait to jump back in once we get our first taste of what Avatar Studios brings us in the future!

There's an unofficial edit of it over the motion comic, but the official with just the voices is great too. It works very well as a radio play. Only downside is that it's not the full cast, but it is perfect for the beginning Korrasami scenes. Looking forward to seeing She-Ra &amp; Young Justice, whenever they come out.

Crazy coincidence- you guys posted this on the day of my high school graduation. Really feels like closing journeys together, albeit two very different journeys. On a side note, it’s been amazing experiencing this series again with you guys, i rewatched both shows with you and was watching with you guys on tik tok since around episode 3 or 4. Watching this really felt like it was ending all over again in the best way possible. Can’t wait to see what y’all do next, I especially can’t wait to experience young justice and teen Titans all over again with you

I’m sooo sad you guys finished korra, these reactions were the highlights of my week. i cant wait for AOT, She-Ra, Young Justice, and Teen titans though! I love them all and i know you guys will too. I really hope you guys also end up reacting to Turf Wars and Ruins of the Empire (the korra comics) too!

2022-01-15 16:01:34 I really like Kenny's analysis of Korra's and Aang's character arcs. I think that sentiment Kenny expressed extends to both series too. I personally watch ATLA when I want a classic, simple and joyful story that my inner child enjoys. It's goofy, full of adventures and yet it touches upon so many difficult themes. However, it's pretty black and white at times. That makes sense though cause ATLA is for kids. LoK is obviously for more mature audiences. The show takes some brave decisions and explores so many grey areas and yet it's still full of so much beauty. I watch LoK when I want to get inspired. Korra's journey makes me feel strong and hopeful. Just to address the hate Korra receives: I think it's pretty clear at this point that some ATLA fans dislike the show cause Korra's a brown woman who's a pure badass. And she's at the center of this story. That probably doesn't sit well with some ppl. It's a pity but it's also their loss. Anyway, thanks for putting it all together guys. it's been a pleasure and it's been emotional. Looking forward to more content. Much love &lt;3 &lt;3

Absolutely love Korra. The last episode was filled so much things like Korra saving Kuvira's life more than once; Korrasami coming alive; Varrick and Zhu Li's wedding was magical. Your reactions to the whole series have been amazing and can not wait to see what you react to next. All four options are great any of them would be perfect to see your reaction to. You must read or react to the Korra comics as well which continue on after this.

I do agree that korra as a character had more development through her series and an incredible arch, but I wouldn't exactly say she persevered more than aang. Aang at the age of 12 woke up after being frozen in ice for a century, finds out his entire nation and just about everyone he knew are gone, the entire world is in despair, and he had to learn and master all the elements to end a war in the spam of nine months. They both had to go through so much in both series and were both incredible going through what they had to go through, but i think the reason why you don't see huge character development from aang is because the short time frame we get, so there isn't much time for him to reflect and deal with the trauma and grow. In korra there were years, or months in between every season so there was more time to see her grow up and have an incredible character arch. Love your guys reactions and can't wait to see more!
