In the Gentle arc we got an example of why people who don't have a hero license shouldn't use their Quirks in public when we saw Gentle trying to save a man falling from a building and accindetly getting in the way of a hero who was trying to save him, but this episode introduced the ideology that everyone should be allowed to use their Quirks wherever and whenever they want regardless of the chaos it will create and I was wondering where you stand on this subject?

In the MHA universe it seems that everyone who has a Quirk is born with an instinct that makes them want to use those Quirks and not allowing them to use their Quirk might lead to them to go insane. Now this isn't an issue with people who do not have harmful Quirks since no one will complain about, lets say Iida running fast in a park or something, but it IS a problem when it comes to people who have harmful Quirks like Toga who can't help but drink other people blood, so do you believe that Quirk regulations should take that into consideration when it comes to Quirks restrictions laws or would that be unfair and instead everyone should be treated the same regardless of their Quirks?

After seeing this episode, how has your thoughts on toga changed? Do you still see her as just as crazy psycho, or can you begin to understand that for her, she IS what she considers normal. Also, where do you think the main message of her arc/story is heading?

Togas quirk urges her to hurt the people she loves in order to live a happy existence, but this is the opposite of what society sees as morally correct. What could have been done to help a child with a quirk that is deemed "morally incorrect" in order to prevent this? & If Toga CAN "saved"? What would that require?
