Yeah, the parallel between Numero Cinco losing his brothers and Angel losing his son is so sad.

I like to think there was an encounter at the end of last season we didn't see, where after taking a tour of Wolfram and Hart and after Angel went to stop Connor, they all meet back in the lobby. Only this time, Angel tells them what happened with Connor and that Wolfram and Hart is offering to fix it so Connor taking people hostage never happened and Connor can get a fresh start — the caveat is, Angel and the team have to agree to sign on, but they won't remember that part of the agreement, save for Angel. He says how much Connor's wellbeing has always meant to him, how he always wanted to give him a better life; and yet, he can't ask them to sign on just for him or for Connor. The vote has to be unanimous and he won't hold it against anyone that says no. One by one, they cast their vote in favor and in a flash, they find themselves walking back to the lobby, this time with no memory of the earlier conversation.
