Some extra thoughts:

Okay so sitting a little bit more on this episode I can definitely say I liked it a lot. I still don't like that Ted went home tho. I get what the show was going for with the whole even tho the show is named after him it was never his story, but personally I still don't like it. I really wish he had stayed in the UK and had Henry move there. 

But I really like where everybody else ended up. This was truly such a great show. Just so positive and funny and well made. This has definitely shot up to the top of my comfort shows list.

I actually really enjoyed this finale even though this season as whole was mixed for me. I've seen online that this season in particular was average compared to the past two and i agree. IMO a lot of storylines dragged, maybe it was the pacing. I understand this ending for ted though. I don't see a reason for michelle to move all the way to the UK, especially if is she is with the doctor. There is nothing there for her, meanwhile ted has his family in america.

Some parts of the finale were good, but I'm not a big fan of how they wrapped things up. I also wanted Ted to stay and end up with Rebecca. I guess they were always supposed to just be good friends, but they had too much chemistry together to not run with it. I'm not sure how I feel about Rebecca ending up with that other guy. We only saw him in that one episode, so it's like who cares. The show as a whole was still enjoyable though.
