Hey guys I'm sorry but my camera stopped recording during my intro. have no idea what happened. i tried to get a bit creative with it because my mic was recording the whole time. BUTTT the bit where i say let's just jump straight into is so funny because the audio is from my intro to this episode but the video is from the previous one and somehow it matches up perfectly hahah love how apparently i say that the exact same way all the time

Great Reaction Lexi! Episodes written by Jane Espenson are typically some of the best/funniest, and this one is no different. It's no wonder that she would go on to be an EP on Gilmore Girls after watching this.

I do like this episode even if it probably should have been passed over to a lesser show. They have handled a lot of difficult topics over 7 seasons but I won't list them here because that would be spoiler. Even if it is just saying what they are about. The topic of removing the Indians from their lands so they could be claimed by settlers may have been too much for this show. Pragmatist verses apologist verses cooking was at least a fresh take. Had they removed the spirits of vengeance and had the entire episode focus on Buffy the Turkey Slayer and her desperate battle to have Thanksgiving Dinner done on time would have probably kicked this episode to everyone's top 10 at least. Willow and Giles could have had they debate in the background while Buffy is fighting suburban moms, scarier than any demon, to get what she needs to complete the dinner. It wouldn't be a serious episode but after losing Oz they could turn it to Buffy just trying to preserve her dwindling family and accepting that just because they are not here doesn't mean they are gone and families need grow to remain strong.
