high intensity biking backdrop (Patreon)

By now, I've probably called eight or nine different videos my "magnum opus," and most of those times I'm exaggerating. This time is no different, but I will still call this video my magnum opus.

If you're confused, good. The only context you need is that I do an exercise stream every weekday on Twitch, and every time I die in the game I'm playing, I have to do a "High Intensity Biking" section where I bike hard for a minute. This is the backdrop for those sections. Here's what it looks like in context.
I personally love the PS1-looking background I made using Google Earth. It's not perfect, but that's partially because I had to actually go into the code to try to make it move correctly. Using every bit of that "Intro to Computing" class I took in college.
Love to make videos by copying and pasting a bunch of text. And don't let "final tour.kml" fool you, it was not the final attempt I had to make. In fact, I ended up having to just record a tour from scratch. Oh well.
Oh and while I've got you here, let's talk next videos. So far, I've got two ideas bouncing around in my head, and I'll probably try to finish writing and potentially film one of them by the end of next week.
One is that Classic Relatable Humor™ you all expect from me. It's totally normal and relatable. Everyone will watch the video and say "Yes, I relate to this."
The other is trying to make use of two of the only things I got to keep from Polygon: a busted VHS camcorder and a 14-inch CRT TV. Who can say why Polygon didn't want these two pieces of large antiquated technology, but I'm sure as hell going to use them for all their worth (they are not worth much). This video may not be funny at all? Maybe it'll be scary? I don't 100% know yet. It's a weird idea and it might go horribly wrong, but I really want to try and make a video that could only exist in the VHS format, and we'll see where the medium takes us.

As a tiny final note to this post, there are now over 3,000 people who have joined this Patreon! I have said thank you a lot, but that's only because I keep having more and more stuff to say it about. I've had to spend a good chunk of the past few weeks doing a bunch of tedious administrative stuff (banks, health insurance, tax planning, etc.) to make sure I'm in a good position as an independent creator, but y'all have made the transition not just easier, but almost entirely painless. Beyond this, I've got a couple very exciting, non-YouTube related things that I can't talk about right now coming up in the near future, so thank you for allowing me the flexibility to do a bunch of cool new things! Thank you thank you thank you.
