CTR 2.1 beta 1 + hotfix (Patreon)

* Improved stability of CTR HYBRID OC.
* Holding time for P1 profile  is halved by default. I believe that the current settings will make HYBRID OC more responsive. In any case you can configure everything yourself.
* Fixed 550MHz profile sticking.
* Profile status can now more accurately describe the problem when applying values (if there is one).
*  The maximum value for FIT Scalar is 1000. Be careful(!).
* Slightly reduced penalties for creating a profile. In some(!) cases you will get a higher frequency (by 25MHz).
