CTR 2.0 RC2 (Patreon)

* CTR now uses MP1 instead of RSMU to communicate with the processor. Perhaps this will improve compatibility for some systems. 

* Added notification of WHEA error count. This will help user to find false core errors during diagnostic or tuning. 

* IFSO 2.0 now works correctly for 3900X, 3900 and 3950X. 

* Fixed bug of stopping diagnostic process after FIT measurement (for 3900X, 3900 and 3950X). 

* A number of improvements to correctly detect CPPC tags. Also, it is no longer necessary to clear the system log before running CTR for the first time.  

* Added 30 seconds blocking of profiles P1 and P2 if CTR registers a temperature higher than that set in "Max tempareture". 

* Adjusting the "Holding time" parameter. The current holding time of the profiles does not correspond to this value. 

* Added support for very rare  5600X, 5800X, 3600, 3600X , 3700X , 3800X, 3800XT processors with two CCDs (both CCDs are numbered #1).
