Yeah, Aof seems to be very involved during the filming. It’s interesting to hear him explain things to the actors and have discussions before/during filming with them about the scene or characters. Yeah, I think Fourth and Gemini were some of the most impressive on the show when you think about how much they had to do without actually speaking to each other. So much of their story was through looks, physical contact, facial expressions, etc. It’s so impressive. And yeah, they did a really good job with showing accurate representation of a deaf person. Shows that they cared about the story they were trying to tell. For First’s finger, yes that was the scene he broke his left pinky. He didn’t notice until the next day. His right hand was actually in a cast because he broke his whole hand like right afterwards, falling down stairs. They were filming the Eclipse around the same time and actually had to pause on filming because of it. There are a few scenes though, once he was in a brace, that they just took it off during the Eclipse. Khaotung seems very close to his family. He spends a lot of time with his mother and sister, and his father passed away when he was a kid. I imagine that Khaotung’s ability to play characters with familial losses (Gaipa, Ray on Only Friends, Ayan from the Eclipse, etc.) probably stems a bit from that, and probably hits close to home. I know, I can’t imagine kissing in front of all those cameras just over and over again, haha.
