this is the hardest one for me to watch....you were wondering at the beginning of the reaction about where you might have seen Warren Kole (Shelby's dad) before and well since you watched "Yellowjackets", he plays Jeff lol. He was also on other stuff like "The Following" or "Shades of Blue". But yeah Dave Goodkind is without a doubt the worst character on this show. I just don't get how someone could be so vile. Using religion as an excuse to be homophobic and spreading hate all around you should never be excusable. Imagine how Shelby's life must have been so miserable, growing up in a environment like this. She probably have been struggling during her childhood/teenage era. not being able to fully accept herself...No wonder she's acting the way that she is on the island, she has been completely brainwashed....

Omg it's tottally Jeff that I was thinking of and I can't believe I couldn't come up with that LOL Another thing that is so sad is how much Shelby tries to protect him. It's like deep down inside she knwos he's a monster, but she can't bring herslef to admmit that becuase it hurts too much so she keeps lying to herself.
