Varian is so complex, and I love him so much lol Ready as I'll ever be is definitely in the top three of the best songs. It's the most popular if anything. (My favorite is still to come xD though my favorite of Rapunzel's solos is Set Yourself Free) I'm so happy you liked it! Season one, especially the finale and the build-up to it, is my favorite of the whole series. The whole thing with Varian being a misunderstood kid trying to help his village to a boy who lost everything and can't accept responsibility for his father's fate, putting blame on everyone else but himself, just like a 14-year-old kid would do (He's such a good character, gah, I love him xD) is so goooood! Cant wait to see how you like season two!

Varian is definitely a very complex and exciting character to watch! I'm glad they decided to do so much with him instead of keeping him as a side option.
