I’m going to comment on the Taylor Swift songs first lol “Bigger Than the Whole Sky” is on the Midnights album and I honestly don’t listen to it often because of how personal it is. It feels like I’m invading Taylor’s space when I listen to it so to hear it behind the Belly and Susannah scene broke me. It was perfect and devastating. “Exile ft Bon Iver” is one of the best songs on Folklore in my opinion. I almost never skip it. It really is such a good song for Bonrad as it emphasizes two people who just cannot communicate with each other and are never on the same page. That scene also broke. I was pretty much crying the entire episode lmao And I want to give a shout-out to the cinematography because that foreshadowing with the lighting was immaculate. This episode felt like no one got no closure. I thought Conrad being petty was hilarious and in my head, it went very different in the book. I thought Jere was very emotionally present this episode and I really appreciated him protecting not only his, but Conrad and belly’s feelings as well before jumping into things with belly. No spoilers, but the third book in my opinion was very rushed and so I’m very interested and excited to see what they are going to do with it. Hopefully, the writers strike gets settled soon as they will not be starting writing S3 until it is settled. Thanks for the reaction Jessie, fantastic as always!

I just listened to the last five minutes of this video and heard you’re going to read the first two books, I’d love if you would do like a short update video on your thoughts about the differences between the books and show! Just a thought :)

I've seen some great tiktoks breaking down some of these scenes and the relationships. 4 I saw just today in particular really got me thinking, 2 of them are talking about the set up of that motel room shot with belly in the middle, Conrad on the left and J on the right. Another one talking about the Swedish fish v sourpatch kids scene. They are definitely team Conrad creators .... but I do think they give a fair assessment and an interesting deep dive into the intention behind why those scenes were set up a certain way, and the subtle messaging that Jenni & the team are trying to portray with those choices. I'm sure there are other creators that do a similar thing for Jeremiah but I haven't seen them yet. I know you don't really use your tiktok for tsitp stuff but would you mind if I tagged you in those 3 videos? Even as a member of team Jeremiah (boo 😜) I think you'd enjoy them, the discussion and analysis is right up your alley. And theyre tiktoks so like 5 min viewing for all 3 combined 😄 The 4th one I saw was even more amazing but it includes spoilers and excerpts from the third book so I wouldn't tag you in that one.

Yes, def tag me in them!! To be honest, I don't post as much as I should on there, but Tiktok is the social media that I am on the most!!
