So the brothers are BOTH called Moon. That´s their family name! In asian countries sometimes their family name will be said first. So the brothers are Gang-tae and Sang-tae. And the girl is Mun-yeong. Ko is also just her family name. It´s more or less confirmed that Mun-yeong was the little girl. She was contemplating to help Gang-tae with his brother, just like she was when they were kids and she was thinking about saving him from drowning. I´m pretty sure she must know her father is their. It´s also her old hometown, since she met Gang-tae as a kid they must have lived in the same place. She just came back to it because of him. I think it´s interesting how Mun-yeong and Gang-tae kinda switched roles. As kids he was kinda obsessed with her and followed her around, and now she is doing it to him.
