i love the reveal that michael’s father is a drag queen. that just so perfectly suits someone that debbie once loved. i had conflicting feelings about debbie lying to michael about it even when he so clearly figured it out. i get why but i’m glad she basically admitted it at the end and he accepted her fake story to make her feel better about it all even though he knows the truth. it’s also responsible for one of my favorite quotes in season 3 which makes me cackle every time and i’m sure will make you laugh when you hear it. brian really would do anything for justin and i love that he wants to help pay for school but i also love that justin doesn’t want him to feel like he always has to take care of him. he wants a balanced relationship. i like that he does try to be independent. i just hate the situation he has now been put in. he shouldn’t have to do something he doesn’t want with some creep to pay for school. fuck his asshole father. i can never say that enough. also brian saying “fine but don’t come crying to me when you succeed” during the car scene always makes me smile. he believes in justin so much. he can’t even imagine him potentially failing.

Michaels father is interesting! I hope he shows up again. Would love to see Michael having a relationship with him. I mean, everyone knows he knows. Even Deb knows he knows and just repeated her lie to make her feel better. Lindsay´s storyline was funny. I really liked the scenes with Brian at the school, their relationship with each other is so intimate. And even when being blunt about not imagining a hetero life with Lindsay ever he feels kinda gentle with her, similarly to how he is with Justin. I love their friendship. About your gay Ex. The denial and internalized homophobia is sad. You can´t imagine how many "straight" men I´ve seen on gay sites who insist they are totally straight and just want to do it with men occasionally lol. Even guys who blatantly state that they have GFs who they are cheating on and that they are looking for something "discreet", and I just think, well screw you a-hole.

That's such a good point in that Brian is very gentle with both Lindsey and Justin. It's obvious that those are 2 of the most important people in his life by far, but I never made that specific connection and it's so true. And yes, that's one things that I will never understand, the flat out lying to yourself. I get the denial of it at first, but to NEVER come around and admit your own truth to yourself is just sad and something I could never do. I'm happy for him that he was able to do that and live a happy life. I also got an apology for the cheating which was nice lol
