I love their little date! And I think Kazuki didn´t want her to get that much dressed up. Riri just made her wear make up etc. to make it more date-like. As he said he asked her to go with him as a protection against girls approaching him. And him buying her the bracelet is so nice! And yes, Kazuki can be a bit rude sometimes, he is just very straightforward. But I don´t think he means it in a mean way. I think it´s interesting how he brushed off his co worker who wanted to go to a cafe and tried to drag him by the arm, but he let Anzu touch him and drag him in the living room to watch TV. It´s a small thing, but it signals how comfortable he is around her, compared to other girls. His anxiety is interesting too, especially those distorted scenes we saw. The Reincarnated in Another World thing refers to the end with the car. It´s kinda a trope that characters get transported into another world after getting run over by cars and dying. Obviously that´s not happening here, but it´s joking about it. Just like with the toast thing.
