Thank you so very much for all of your marvelous reactions for all of season one of Person of Interest, Jessie!! I have absolutely been loving all of your reactions to this... one of my absolute favorite shows alongside Once Upon a Time! And I am so, so happy to hear that you are absolutely loving Person of Interest too!! I'm also happy to hear that you've begun to really be able to get a good sense of these characters we're introduced to in every episode while Reese and Finch work together to protect them, or stop them. I know what you mean. :) As for all of my favorite episodes throughout season one of Person of Interest... I absolutely love these episodes, titled... Cura Te Ipsum, Witness, Number Crunch, Super, Risk, Flesh and Blood, Many Happy Returns, No Good Deed, and lastly... Firewall too. However, they're all just so incredible for me. I would love to know what each of your favorites are this season too, Jessie. If you wish to let me know now that you've finished watching season one. Firewall- Thank you so much for a fun and exciting reaction for season one's finale of Person of Interest!!! I absolutely love this episode so much. It's definitely another of my favorites!! Granted... I do have a lot of favorites, but I just love this show so much!! First, in answer to your questions regarding this actress playing Root and if she was the fairy in Once Upon a Time who loved Grumpy... Yes! I hoped you would recognize her. Amy Acker plays Root here in Person of Interest, and she also plays Nova/Astrid, the Pink Fairy, who loves Grumpy in sadly only one episode in season one of Once Upon a Time. I really wish that she would have returned for more episodes in Once Upon a Time because I absolutely loved her as Nova. However, maybe if she had, then she might not have had the opportunity to take up her role as Root here in Person of Interest, and this would have been a real shame. Because I absolutely love, love, love Amy Acker as Root too! Amy Acker is definitely a very recognizable actress because she's in so many shows and movies too, and she's very beautiful. But I agree that it's definitely her voice that makes her so recognizable, more than anything else about her. And I absolutely love Amy Acker as both characters, and they such different characters too! I can't wait for you to get to know this incredible actress as Root too! And second... Like you mentioned in your commentary, I too had grown to get a better sense of each of the numbers we meet every episode by the end of this season, and I also sensed that something definitely felt off about her the first time I watched this show and this episode. I just never expected that she would turn out to be Root, let alone someone crazy enough to put a hit out herself just so that she could draw out Finch and Reese, knowing without a doubt that they would protect her from the threats against her. Now... I love the overall storyline throughout this episode as Reese fights to save Caroline Turing from HR, while also trying to save himself from them and the FBI. I was on the edge of my seat the whole time Reese and Caroline were running and while Reese began to fight HR. Fabulous!! Also... I love how Carter and Fusco have finally come to realize they are both working for Reese and Finch. The scenes between them are great! And the scene between them and Reese in Carter's car while they're chasing down the HR cops who Reese soon blows up... Absolutely hilarious! Reese's calm demeanor and his dry humor is fabulous! And I love seeing Carter and Fusco both come together in the end to save Reese from getting killed by HR once he gets Caroline to safety, thinking she will find Finch and that they'll be okay. However, in the end thanks to Zoe and then as we see Caroline reveal herself as Root, we have the big reveal that Caroline is only an alias in which she creates so that she can lure Finch out into the open... all by hiring HR to kill her herself. I love that she turns out to be Root! I didn't expect this at all the first time I watched this episode, and I absolutely love this fabulous twist! And wow!!! I love her character a lot. She's delightfully twisted! :) I just love that Root hired HR to put a hit on herself in order to put her plan to finally meet Reese, and therefore Harold, into action. I love how she compares her crazy actions to a trust fall exercise too, only adding to the fun and dark mystery she's continued to present us with as the show's viewers. Next... I really love that Zoe Morgan, the Fixer, is brought in by Finch to help them to discover who Caroline really is and why HR might want her dead. It is wonderful to have her back once again! Zoe is always fabulous to have back in the episodes she appears in. I absolutely love her character throughout this show too! :) And lastly... I absolutely love, love, love how Reese comes out into the streets and looks up at one of the security cameras, as he then talks to the Machine, sternly asking it for help to save Finch. He's not talking to Root, or even a person. Just the Machine, because he knows that the Machine can see and hear everything. And then... The phone just down the street from Reese rings, and he answers it. I really love this moment!! And I can't wait for you to get into season two!!! Just you wait for what's to come!! You're gonna love it!! :) Thank you again so much, Jessie! Your continued reactions as always, are so much fun and I truly appreciate them. :) Sincerely, Heidi

I agree with all your favorites! I would also add to them The Fix and Baby Blue. The one with the baby was just so funny and fun lol

I love that nobody ever notices that Root has a yellow box, the entire episode lol
