The scroll isn´t about this situation specifically it just happened to be 3 people like in the story. I assume this resurrection stuff happened a lot in the course of history, we know of Al Zuras, and the plane, Zeke and the deallers. Someone just recorded the story and it happened to mirror the dealer situation. But the rules are the same for everyone. Zeke was just lucky that he was alone, so he was judged alone. The big thing this implies is that the 828 passengers, all 190 of them, have to do the right things and be good and follow the callings, or all of them are screwed. I wouldn´t think too much about the bag. Someone found it in the trash, saw Ben´s university pass and dropped it off there. Things just work out in this show due to Fate sometimes. And I think it´s not that odd that someone would return the bag, the person doesn´t have to be significant. The possibility of Jace being killed by Grace is interesting. I would think that would just remove him and leave Cory and Pete to be judged. It definitely wouldn´t have killed the others immediately. Since we had a dead passenger really early on, and nothing happened to the others. Tarik is dead, he doesn´t fulfill the requirements to come back. There was no lightning, or a storm etc. Like with the plane, the cave or the lake. I definitely think they introduced Tarik and split them up as a C-precaution. They also all stood pretty far apart in little groups in this episode.
