So sad the QaF binge is officially over! Thank you Ophelia for requesting it. Hopefully we’ll get to do more but what a great episode to end it on. At least a lot was resolved. That Ted speech is one of my favorite moments of the series. It’s just so moving. He loves Emmett so much. And I’m so grateful it got through to him (and Heather) and we finally got our Emmett with his bright flame back. Justin saving the day for Brian once again. That boy is savvy. And yay he’s finally going to be 18! I always love when we get Brian and Melanie scenes. It’s such an interesting dynamic whether they’re being civil or fighting. And him going to her for help and her agreeing was a fun time. Michael definitely shouldn’t have lied but David also should not have told him to stay away from Brian. Friendships are still important and I get that it’s a tricky situation especially because Michael really is the worst at timing. It’s like in episode 7 when he called Brian after they had sex on their trip. Or now answering the call from Ted or wanting to call Brian when David was trying to do something romantic. He needs to prioritize their relationship more. They do resolve their issues pretty quickly but the fact that there always seems to be some type of drama with them every episode is worrisome. It does feel more like a WHEN they end vs an IF they will.

So glad Emmett´s arc is done. That made me so uncomfortable. Not just for Emmett or Heather but all of them. All of these people are miserable! But convinced themself that they are happy with their "change" when they are just lying to themself. David shouldn´t forbid Michael to see Brian. And he can´t. But I understand why Brian makes him insecure. He knows Michael´s and Brian´s co dependent relationship. I would probably be worried about that too in David´s position. But Michael should also just be honest and have a mature conversation with David, like they did in the end. And also learn to prioritize his relationship instead of immediately rushing to Brian´s side in every situation. But I agree with you, that relationship won´t last. I´ll enjoy it while it does, because David is nice and I think it´s important for Michael to have his first real relationship. But it can´t work forever. I think neither of them is really what the other one needs.

Exactly, there is ALWAYS something to argue about now tot he point where it's getting super frustrating for me watching, so I how they are still handling dating LOL

That's what I'm holding on to with them at this point, the fact that it's just fun and sweet and will be a learning experience for both Michael and David.
