2023-04-11 00:57:52 Justin being the one to meddle and help bring Brian and Michael back together was unexpected in the best way. I think it was important that it was him. It shows how much he cares and that he’s not threatened by their relationship which is refreshing. It would have been so easy for him to cash in on Brian being lonely and having so much free time but he didn’t want that. He just wanted to help. Also that entire scene at the loft and “luckily you can’t push me away, I’m onto you” is so telling because it shows how much he can already see past the bullshit and knows Brian. I agree that Michael and David moved in together too soon. These are definitely conversations they should have had before or they should have done a mini-move in like Georgia told Paul that one episode in G&G. Just bring a few things over and see how it goes. That’s how it usually works but they fast tracked this relationship so we’ll see where things go from here. I did think their final moment with David reading the comics and knowing about Captain Astro was sweet though.

The fights on this show can get ugly because these characters know how to hurt each other so I always dread them. Mel and Linds are no different. I don’t think Lindsay meant to hurt Melanie but seeing her cry holding Gus was heartbreaking. I do think Lindsay is being standoffish and cold to her but Melanie’s little jabs to her also don’t help. They’re both exhausted though so I get it. Ted reaping the benefits of being Brian’s new hang out buddy was hilarious. I love shameless Ted. Also love your ghost face ring!!!

That's what frustrates me about David and Michael! I think they have the potential to be super sweet and work, but they keep rushing certain things and not thinking out others.
