I love a proper pirate story. Black Sails owns my soul always and forever. But this funny iteration of pirates was also lovely. I love side characters we meet, they enrich the world so much and offer such lovely soundbites. And another bit of character progress, with Isabella almost but not quite admitting to her schemes. I will admit Madalena is still my favorite character. There is no rational explanation, she is opportunistic and utterly devoid of empathy and had no idea who is Steve.. and yet... she is still my fav xd

I know it seems fishy which is why I didn't fully expect a lot of strangers to donate. I've messaged my Facebook friends who don't know him to Donate and share if they can. He doesn't want his friends to know how bad his situation is. That's why it says anonymous instead of my name because if my name is attached to it they'll automatically know who it's for. If you want to see that I'm a real person you can check out my Facebook (with hardly any posts lol.) Most of my friends work with me you'll see and are friends of my friends which is why it's not posted on my page

Madalena isn't my favorite, but It is always hysterical to see what she does next when she's on screen! I think King Richard might be my favorite, he's just so ridiculous lol

The reason why the beginning of episodes like this can seem a little abrupt with no recap is because the show aired 2 episodes a week due to the half hour length of the episodes.

Yeah, the show aired in OUAT's time slot during their mid-season hiatuses. My guess is since it was a fantasy show, they wanted that time slot for the consistency but there wasn't anything else that could pair with it so just decided to double up in order to be able to fill it.
