Great Pilot! Also love the music. So Charlie was born in hell, she didn´t do anything to end up there. There are hell born creatures in Hell that just procreate and exist there. Like Charlie. Which is why despite living in hell she doesn´t seem to be inherently "bad" or evil. Her parents by the way are supposed to be Lucifer and Lilith. So the top of the hierarchy. Vaggie, Angel Dust and Alastor on the other hand all used to be humans, died and ended up in hell. Vaggie and Charlie by the way aren´t just best friends but girlfriends, which is also implied by the news reporter refusing to shake Charlie´s hand because she "doesn´t touch the gays". The show got a lot of backlash and got called "problematic" for lines like this by the way. Because apparently when you set a show in hell it´s surprising that the characters in it have some awful opinions? Alastor is really great, he reminds me a lot of Rumple. Scary, Powerful, got his own shady motivations, and makes deals. The music video is catchy. And I like the insight into Angel Dust´s backstory. Like that he died from an overdose and how in hell he slipped into the porn industry and got abused. It shows a bit more of a sympathetic and vulnerable side to him compared to the pilot.
