YAY EARLY WYNONNA REACTION. I so need it tonight. You being so concerned as to what 'The Other Woman' means lol. Kevin is played by Anna Silk, the titular star of Lost Girl. Jolene's actress is her main love interest (though Eliza from back in 2x01 was also a love interest for a time). The character's name is after the man who has run the Wynonna Earp fan podcast Tales of the Black Badge since the very beginning. He's a lovely guy. (Also adding here - originally we WERE supposed to see Kevin again in S4, but due to COVID, that does not happen.) You were close about Maeve! Mattie (and Gretta) is who you were thinking of, but as you learn in the episode, they were descendants of that family so good guess! You were talking, but Nicole was pointing out that she had wooden bullets with her so she didn't need Doc's gun. No other reason for the pickles than it's become a funny thing in fandom but I don't know which happened first, the ep or the joke. It's never overtly confirmed, but the running gag about Wyatt and Doc being a couple never gets old and honestly in the context of the show, it makes sense. It also might explain why a man from so long ago knows about Wayhaught and doesn't blink an eye at it. Kat and Varun did so amazing playing possessed I swear. It's fucking hilarious. You've reached the point in the show where you really need subtitles or to keep going back because yes, there are a zillion one-liners that need multiple viewings to pick up on. The scream you let out when Doc got Charlie. You were definitely not alone in being upset about that death. This show isn't exactly Game of Thrones, but you really never know who's going to die. The reason for Doc's grin should become clear in the next episode. If it still doesn't make sense, I'll clarify then but it's potentially spoilery so for now I'll let it be. Me personally, I thought it was that Maeve had possessed Doc (which I'm telling you about because it's neither the case nor ever brought up as a possibility so it was just my brain I guess). Waverly is called the Champion. No specific comment on whether or not Waverly turns to stone or any of the rest of it because obvi, you only have two more episodes this season! (And next episode I get to tell you the accidental correct call you made back in S1) Tweeted you a link of a short clip of Michael Eklund being interviewed back in 2013. I think the logic behind the weird way that Maeve behaves is based around a throwaway line she says - that Mattie and Gretta have Victoria's Secret catalogs or something like that. Which tells us she's been able to observe new media, pick up new vocabulary - 'Your eyebrows are on fleek', and in general act like that. Just remember that girls were adults far younger back then than now. So yes, she's the girl you thought she was; she's just apparently a teenager. When S3 ended, everyone was under the impression that there would be a S4. Then the network said they didn't have enough money and it was canceled. We fought for over a year and a half and filming for S4 started in January of 2020. We'd been told that SyFy had picked it up for 4 and 5, but Emily was smart and decided to write S4 as if there was no S5 coming. COVID shut down filming right after they finished the halfway point in the season. During the wait for being able to resume filming (something that happened last July, one of the first shows to go back actually), SyFy indeed announced that oh no, never mind, no S5. We're still fighting to get it back right now and will continue until our fearless leader tells us to give up. (Still averaging 20-30k hashtag tweets a day!) SO ready for you to finish the season! I think you definitely should wait at least a week to start S4 so you understand a wee bit of the angst we suffered during the wait (plus the first line of S4 is a joke you'll only get if you've waited a bit).

Aha I did catch Nicole say she had special bullets, but I thought she said silver! I can't wait to start helping up those hashtags because it makes me sad to realize that I only have 14 episodes of this show left!! Taking a bit of a break sounds like a good idea, this season was rough! lol
