This is infinitely better than the first one, the first one is easily the worst one of the trilogy. If you want constant action then… I guess the first one is decent for that. But almost everything about the first one is inferior in every way to the last 2.

It’s funny because that seems to be the consensus among fans, but I absolutely love the first one! I think maybe because I’m a 90s kid I just loved the 90s feel to it. But I definitely appreciate each one for what it is. This was a fantastic slasher and the third one is SO creepy!
