I was just going to warn you not to get overly excited, Jessie, glad some other Oncer did. Baelfire met Emma because she was meant to. It like everything else, is due to Fate's design, till it's not. Rumplestilkin, is a Seer'er👁️👐🏻💗🌎💗👥Neal & Emma Created Henry. Rumplestilkin is a Grandpa, like Charming. Snow, Regina Great step Grandma, & Adopted mom. The Story world the Characters live in, are Stranger then you know. But great guess on Rumple being Neal's Papa Jessie. 💗👁️💗 Good one. 💗🌎💗🤘🏻

Melissa Amato

Balefire, isn't 42, Jessie, he said he was 32 Remember age is widely differen't & really will confuse you. Hook is 200, but looks only 28. 🙃 Emma is 28, 😳but so is her Parents Snow 😳& Charming 😳 Henry is the only Child from Story Brooke who Ages, & so forth. 🙀 In OUAT you will find Age is a concept, & family is Twisted in more ways then you can conceive. 👐🏻👁️🤭💯🤪

Back in the first season when your cell autocorrected Rumple to Grandpa, I almost fell off the couch! And you have been guessing it for a while now. But you’re reaction was still priceless! What is really sad is that Rumple has had a VERY long time to find his son and decide the right things to say…only he forgot to work on the “what to say” part. Oh, and the curse happened 28 (now 29) yrs ago, but Rumple’s timeline is different because he’s older. I don’t think that’s a spoiler because Bae was a boy before Rumple was The Dark One, so before he could have taught either Cora (before Regina was born) or even Regina when she came of age, & Hook took a specific trip to live long enough to figure out how to defeat Rumple in 2x04. And yeah, Milah does suck as a wife and a parent, but she had at least one valid point (that could be considered a spoiler, so I won’t tell you).

i’m glad you loved this episode!! every time i rewatch the scene between rumple and neal i get more and more emotional over it. hearing him say that the last thing he sees before he goes to sleep is the moment rumple left him is just so sad. this moment is definitely one of my favorites of this whole series, and i have a lot, but that one is definitely at the top. one thing i want to point out is that the seer told rumple that the boy, henry, would be his undoing, which by definition means henry would be his ruin/downfall. i wanted to mention this to give you more clarity of what that meant since you seemed a little confused by it. it also helps make more sense as to why he would want to kill him. now, of course i’m not saying it’s any better of a reasoning to kill henry, but it will explain why it’s a bigger issue to him. all rumple feels he truly has is his power. It’s what keeps him strong. though the exact details aren’t mentioned, this means henry could be a huge danger to him and his power by being his undoing. i hope that helps and i loved this reaction! can’t wait for the next! ❤️

I Love this Episode, but Rumple isn't stupid, he's Egomagicholic, but not dumb... I think poor Emma's head might explode now. 🙆🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️✨🧚She should have Realized by now, her life was never meant to be simple. 👤🤦🏼‍♀️👥👤 But she seems only more stubborn. She's borne from a Magical world, what did she expect by now. Her mom killed an Oager in front of her, with her bow & arrow. Duh, your not from Earth girl friend. You never were, you were left on Earth, grew up on Earth, but your not from Earth, neither is Henry's Dad. 🌤️👲🏻 💁🏻‍♂️✨🧚🧚✨

Melissa Amato

Thank you Jessie. Can't wait till next Ep. 💗🌎💗👩🏻🐶💗🤘🏻

Manhattan- If I've told you once, I've told you twice... Once Upon a Time's twists are phenomenal and there are so many you just don't see coming. I really love this episode a lot, because there were so many big reveals and it leaves you sitting there staring at the screen with your mouth wide open, wondering... what on earth just happened? This episode isn't one of my favorites, but I really do love it nonetheless. It's really good. But man... I really wish other commenters would stop trying to discourage you from feeling a certain way about an upcoming event, or warn you not to feel so excited about something to come. For me personally... while the reveal of what's inside the box may be over-dramatized, I still really love it. It makes sense to me why August would reveal he knows the truth to Neal that he knows he's really Baelfire. Ugh... please feel free to feel anyway you wish to feel and get excited for the big revelations, and let down by them when they come if you truly feel this way. Don't let us try to influence you to feel the way we feel. Now... I believe I've mentioned this before, but I'm not a really a fan of Neal's character since his introduction in the sixth episode... Tallahassee, for a few reasons. Some being more biased than others, and for reasons yet to be revealed. I didn't like him at all in Tallahassee, because I just didn't like his character. Especially for how he hurt Emma, in spite of August's role in Neal abandoning her. I can't say too much more because doing so would be spoilery. However, with that being said... I really do love how Neal turns out to be not only Henry's father like we knew about from Tallahassee, but also Gold's son as well. And I really do like him in this episode, probably more so than I do in any other episode. I should have realized he would be Gold's son right away upon seeing that Mr. Gold brought Emma and Henry to New York City to find his son, as we knew from this season's premiere episode... Broken, that Neal also lived there, and is the only character we somewhat knew about outside of Storybrooke in which the big shock factor would make sense. Another heck of a coincidence... or not. :) I still just didn't see this reveal coming, which is really smart. Like I said above... I love the flashback to Tallahassee, when it's finally revealed what August shows Neal inside his box tied to the back of his bike. It's clear Neal knew about magic when August reveals what's inside the box, but that still could have meant Neal could have been anyone from the Enchanted Forest. So this reveal that August knew that Neal is Gold's son, Baelfire, for me wasn't so obvious, and I really love it. And I really love the simplicity of the way August proves to Neal that he needed to hear him out... with merely a single line typed from his typewriter on a single piece of paper... "I know you're Baelfire." It's really brilliant. Because who in the real world could have possibly known who Neal really was given his age since he and Rumple are now both over two hundred years old, other than someone from the Enchanted Forest. It's been said that Rumple has been the Dark One for hundreds of years, so Neal is definitely older than he appears to be. :) However, speaking of coincidences... I really like Neal's explanation to Emma about them, and fate, and how they both wonder if Emma meeting and falling in love with Neal those twelve years ago is somehow fate that wanted to see them together, in order to set in motion Emma becoming the Savior and her and Henry becoming the tools Gold would use to help him find his son after so many years. I really love their talk. I also completely understand Emma's anger towards Neal, as well as her fear for wanting Henry to know the truth about Neal too. It's wrong for sure that she would lie to Henry about his father, but it's understandable because of what Neal had done to her when he let her take the fall for the theft of the watches, putting her in prison, and forcing her to give birth to Henry while in prison. It's so sad. And I certainly do not blame her in the slightest, especially upon learning more about her own past and why she is so guarded and distrusting. Next... Rumple and Baelfire are finally reunited, which means there are more big revelations to come. And what a reunion! I can also understand Neal's anger towards his father too. Rumple promised his son he would never abandon him, and yet when his own fear of becoming powerless once again overpowered him, he abandoned him after all. And then... one of the first things Gold tells to Neal after being reunited with him again, is that together they can have power and that he can erase Neal's bad memories by turning Neal back into the same fourteen boy he was before he abandoned his son. Once again, Gold shows that he still doesn't understand why his son wanted to get away from magic and his lust for power that Neal knows his father loves more than even him. I can't blame Neal for refusing to want to be a part of his life. Gold has not learned his lesson, and therefore he hasn't changed. Not in the ways Neal needs him to change. Magic is still just a crutch for him. Also... I really, really love the backstory with Rumple before he was the Dark One, and the Seer. And this is actually my favorite storyline throughout this episode. I think the Seer is a brilliant character and very eerie, especially with her eerie voice and her eyes being within the palms of her hands. I love her character very much. And I love how her first big prophecy, that Rumple's actions on the battlefield would leave his son fatherless, comes to pass because he attempted to save himself from being killed in battle when he cowardly injures himself to the point of becoming the cripple we see him as without his magic, then becomes branded as a coward, causing Milah to leave him and him to abandon his son once she comes to meet Killian Jones (Hook), upon Rumple's fear of becoming powerless once again after he had become the Dark One. Wonderful! And then, years later after Rumple becomes the Dark One, he finds the Seer again and as Rumple kills her in order to steal her power to see into the future, the path of Rumple finding Regina to cast his curse that would eventually lead him to finding Henry, therefore Emma, and finally Neal too... is set in motion, and the final revelation being that Henry would one day be Rumplestiltskin's undoing. After which Rumple proclaims that he will kill this boy to save himself. Will Rumple really go so far as to kill his own grandson? Oh... and I also really love the brief scenes between Emma and Mary Margaret, then Mary Margaret with David too. Yes... what a complicated family tree they have, but really cool nonetheless. What a Thanksgiving dinner they would have. :) And lastly... Hook is betrayed by Cora once again, after he deciphers the map that will lead to his dagger for them. Cora's a real witch who deserves to die. She makes me so mad. I don't like her as this half of the season's major villainess. And foolishly, Regina is still caught up in her mother's web, which I also really don't like either. Don't get me wrong... Lana Parrilla's (Regina) acting is absolutely phenomenal, even now that she is reverting back into the Evil Queen... a character I absolutely love. And while I dislike Cora's character overall... Barbara Hershey plays Cora brilliantly too. I really enjoy these scenes between Hook, Regina, and Cora too. Of course Hook isn't finished yet. And is he ever that much more angry and determined to get his revenge. Overall... this episode isn't one of my favorites from this season, but it is really, really good, and it certainly does have some great twists. I am so happy to have gotten another great reaction for Once Upon a Time from you. I can't wait for your reaction for the next episodes to come!! So, until next time, my friend... Sincerely, Heidi

To be honest i think Emma has every right. In her eyes she was used by Neal and put in jail while having his baby. She put Henry up for adoption because she couldnt take care of him and she didnt wanted to be reminded by Neal. In her eyes he is a criminal who left her and ran away with the money. She doesnt need to tell him anything. But thats how i see it xD. However she should have been honest with Henry from the start about his father. He deserved to know the truth. Also remember (they did mention this), but how long is Rumple the dark one? 150 - 200years. Thats all i say. And indeed Baelfire being Henry's father and making Rumple Henry's grandfather is so complicated but its also soooo good story wise. OUAT is really good in storytelling and putting alot of links and connections..well everywhere. So Rumple is what? - Well Rumple the man, The dark one, Mr.Gold, The crocodile, Henry's grandfather.. how much longer can this list get x.x Also i love your purple hair! You finally dyed it again ^-^

CarlyCChapman

Ah yes, my other favorite episode. 😁 I skipped ahead to see this. I was so impressed that you guessed Neal was Rumple's son in the first episode of season 2! Now to go back to watching them in order

Jessie Dobbie Reactions

Thanks!! It’s amazing to see how he would react to finally getting what he wants, a meeting with his son, and yet still being completely blind to what he should do! This was definitely one of my favorite moments as well, definitely a favorite episode of season 2!

Jessie Dobbie Reactions

Thanks!! I missed having bold color LOL I agree, considering she doesn’t know the real reason which honestly isn’t much better lol I can definitely see why she wouldn’t tell Neal. However, I think she definitely should’ve told Henry the truth. But most kids at his age may not be able to handle that info. It’s just that Henry is like a 30 year old trapped in a child’s body, so I guess it does take some getting used to lol

Melissa Amato

Yes, that wouldn't have been as good. Because Rumple has enough power, he really doesn't need to weave together destiny, altho we now know he's a Seer'er, nothing for him is because he wills it. He still has to muddle the future events thru. They are a puzzle, to be solved by him, but he didn't make his son & Emma create a wonderful lad like Henry. Or got them together, Fate brought them together. & as we know, Fate has its own reasons. Intertwining the Family tree of OUAT💗is tricky, & eventually you learn more about it, you need to step back & marvel at the steps that were taken to create it. I can't say more tho, & give too much away, but it can be weirder then even Grandpa Charming can figure OUAT. Thank you Jessie. Manhattan is such a loved ep. For so many reasons. Mostly to find out about who Balefire is, & that Henry is his son. It's not a complete shock to us, but more like, yeah that we guessed a long time ago, but there's now Rumple's disturbing findings, that He's been a Seer'er since after the first Ouggers wars. Which in Fairytale land was Eons ago, Rumple & some other Characters are really Elden, & back in Story Brooke time had stopped. Kids like Jefferson's Grace never aged up. From the time of the dark curse, but it also meant Snow White & Charming didn't age as well. A loop was created in Storybrooke to keep everyone & everything the same, as when the Evil Queen cast the Dark Curse. Balefire was outside Storybrooke, so he did age, so did Emma. If the Fates desire were mete then Balefire & Emma would have been a part of the Curse, Henry would never have been born, both Balefire & Emma would have been kids still. Emma a baby & Balefire a lad. Sick as that is, the story would definitely been different. Fate stepped in, & Henry was the result of both his parents not only having met, but falling in love. Emma could have been with any other dude, but it was the strange events that brought them together so that sweet Henry could be borne, & Rumplestilkin is a pawn in Fates weaving design. As Grandpa to Henry back in Storybrooke, the news shouldn't surprise anyone. & let's just say, Family in the Enchanted forest Realm is so F** up. Jessie, Even it's own Characters can't believe it, but maybe they should?¿🙄🙃🤔¿?🎭🤘🏻🌇¿?¿?🌌 🕒🕡🕣⌛⏳ Like Jefferson stated; You have a nerve to think there is just One world, there are infinite Worlds, & Magiqes stronger then you could conceive... The range of Regina's Curse Only effected a few of those Realms. But Frankenstein's Realm is stranger still, most of the Realms will be more evident later on. But Frankenstein Dr.McCreepie should have been phased out in black & white in the land without Magiqes, Or Maine. Can you imagine after the Curse what he would have appeared had the Writers thought to do that?¿ It would have been quite funny.LOL. 🤭😱🤕 Dr. Whale would have been like a movie Character from the silent movie Era. People would revert back to their original forms, Chaos would have ensued, had Rumple's Magiqe trick brought all the Characters back to whom they truly were, like Ruby the were wolf had. Then this whole end of the Curse thing would have a whole another meaning. & The Alice's white Rabbit could be hugging it out with a Dragon. 🐰🐲 Guss Guss had he lived, could have been a cute mouse 🐁So forth🤭Now that would have been so cool. But of course they say Magiqes are different here, Dearie.👌🏻✌🏻✨💢✨& Far more unpredictable then anyone can guess. 💗👁️💗🙌🏻 🤷🏼‍♀️💁🏻‍♂️👲🏻👸🏻🤴🏼👸🏻 😈👸🏼⏳🐰🎩✨🃏 💗🌎💗🙆🏻‍♀️🐶✨🧚

Melissa Amato

Yeah, I know. Don't forget Hook's tale is differen't, because, he was never taken by the Curse. He isn't a given age, & even he gets it screwed up, because age is nothing but a concept, like the Fairy tales they come from. Henry's book, remember it's real, all the Fairy tale Characters are just as confused as we are tho. ⏳⌛⏳👈🏻 Time doesn't fit the Characters tales, they are all different, but they are not from our boring world. Fairy tale Princes & Princesses live with fairy tale creatures & wizards like Rumplestilkin, are rare & few. Which makes him Elder then Hook. Both Characters come from legend, so they don't fit the usual fairy tales, in OUAT you got to understand, here's a Riddle & a Rythem to the theme, only the Writer's know, & if you just continue Reacting Jessie your going to find that OUAT💗✨🧚🧚✨👌🏻. ✨ 👁️ 👁️🤷🏻‍♀️🙆🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️?¿ & You are probably going to love it...?¿Like ALL TRUE ONCER'S MOST CERTAINLY HAVE, THIS SHOW IS SPECIAL & HAS TOUCHED💢 US ALL. ✨🐰✨🎩✨💗TRUST ME, IF YOU BELIEVE. THEN YOUR IN FOR A FUN TRIP. 🤘🏻💗

Melissa Amato

⏳👈🏻✨🎩✨🐰✨👌🏻 🐶 🙆🏻‍♀️💗🌎💗Heidi I LOVE Cora she's a Fantasmic Villainess. I adore her & Hook, I think she & Hook really were close, but only because she had his heart in her hand, litterally, Killian Jones is the son Cora never had. So their dinamic differs thru out. Cora isn't about to let Hook have the dagger, when she wants to control the Dark one... So far from Storybrooke yetHenry is enjoying more fam then he thought he ever would. 👲🏻💁🏻‍♂️Of course dear ol'Balefire as his Dad is both expected & Not. each experience for the Characters is a limitless surprise, that always made me smile. 🙆🏻‍♀️🐶💗🌎💗 Thank you Jessie. ✨👌🏻Heidi "Really Dearie, it's not polite to spread rumours." 😈{Exnae on Hook ae}~ 🙌🏻🤦🏻‍♂️🃏🤐👈🏻 Your excited. I understand, but please don't spoil things for Jessie tho. Please be more Careful Heidi. Thank you. Sincerely Melissa A.👁️✨ ✨👐🏻✨✌🏻🤘🏻❣️

Again age throws us for a loop. Yeah I just go with it. Cause if you spend time ⌛⏳⌛⌛⏳⌛⏳⏳👈🏻 trying to figure it OUAT, You will only get a Rumple headache. Here's a Chocolatey yummy instead, Neal - From Balefire I would have stuck with Balefire- Toasted Dark one cherry fun. Begin with fav brand Rootbeer let foam settle in glass add two to three scoops of bing cherry dark Chocolate chip, Jerry Garcia Ben & Jerries ice cream, in tall glass top with real whipped cream from can, take some unsalted peanuts cuzz ya gotta have Nutz ~ pour Nutz into plastic baggy, carefully crush peanuts under foot like Rumplestilkin without the foot, instead use a clean table spoon, sprinkle over whipped cream, or crush Nutz ahead of time. Add Chocolate syrup & two toasted marshmallows, use tall spoon & straw to drink & maw. You got yourself a NealsTallahassee, Thank you Balefire, Neal ❣️🍧🥤😈✨🧚✨🤘🏻

Melissa Amato

Rumple seems more mind blown OUAT of all of them. 👿🤕 💁🏻‍♂️🙆🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️=✨👲🏻✨✨✨🧚✨✨👐🏻💗

Melissa Amato

💗💗💗👐🏻✨🧚✨💗🌎💗👩🏻🐶🤘🏻Thank you, for Reacting to my Favorite Therapy, Fantasmic series. These Characters are so vivid, & layered, they truly are fun. &a Can Amaze. Just forget about Time tho, 🤕 Or you end up with only a Gold headache, Jessie. Have you tried mixing apple & green Mellon, in with the cellery juice, it makes it more bearable, also try to strain Cellery juice alone before adding the honey crisp apples, & Green mellon, & pineapple juice to drink You created a Regina's Queen (Sassy Lady) Add Lemon to pep it up. Regina to Grumpy: "Red Pepper flakes, it gives it some kick!" 💗🌎💗💁🏻‍♀️🐶🤘🏻💗 😽😼✨🧚✨

Jennifer Clark

Felt like we had a gir's night in binging...LOL. It's 3am, I'm going to bed! You were right all along, wanted to say something so bad! So much more fun, twists and turns to come. Good Night.

Steve C

I find something really hysterical. A while back, I think you were still on Season 1, you mentioned typing in ‘Rumple’ and autocorrect changing it to ‘Grandpa’. Can everyone say foreshadowing? 😂

John Walker Is That Dude

Emma has more than enough right to be furious with Neal he got her sent to prison while being pregnant therefore having to give up Henry she lost so much cuz of Neal

J gone

He didn't know she was preggo. Can't fault him for that part. I blame August.
